What better way to start the day than by eating some good, healthy, vitamin filled, protein packed, fibrous breakfast? Or some good old fashioned James Bond. Yea, 007, the man himself is back again. Quantum of Solace picks up where Casino Royale (the last Bond flick for the unlearn-ed folk) left off, and appears to maintain that groundbreaking Bond film’s dark, gritty quality. Daniel Craig returns as 007 with two new lady friends, Olga Kurylenko and Gemma Arterton.
