Tips: Who Wants BBQ?

With summer on the horizon, everyone is always looking for something to do. As a college student, low cost and minimum travel is a plus. What else could be better then a BBQ? Call up a few folks, get some ribs, chicken, hot dogs and burgers. For you non culinary folks I've made sure to leave some tips on creating some good ass BBQ because pink chicken and undercooked burgers are not what's poppin. Feel free to share any recipes or where the next BBQ is because you know I'm down.

Check out BBQ Recipe Secrets for info on creating some good food because the last thing you want to do is send one of your people to the hospital.

This is my go-to recipe...

Honey Barbecue Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 tablespoons barbecue sauce
6 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chives

1. Boil the chicken in hot water for a few minutes before you place it on the grill. This will help make sure the insides are cooked before you finish it on the barbecue for the great grilled flavor.

2. Arrange the chicken breasts on the grill over medium heat. Generously baste them with barbecue sauce and honey, and sprinkle with the spices. Turn once while cooking and cook for four to five minutes on each side.

Amazing, simply amazing is how we could describe L Boogie, but her awkward behavior has left us to wonder what could have been. She put out a damn near flawless solo album and just peaced out. Her absence is the reason a lot of lame artists are eating right now. Not once did I see her flash a titty or bounce a booty cheek. For her to be able to excel in singing and rapping at an elite level is unparalleled. I mean honestly she got on a song with ATCQ and held her own [ she had the best verse IMO] and was still able to sing the hook. A pure genius in every avenue she graced. I was young so I was just in love with the beat, I did care who did it.From that point on I was all ears from Oh No to The Philly's Most Wanted album, The Neptunes became my favorite producers. Then In Search Of dropped and I really got to see what Pharrell was about. He killed it on that album ever since then I've been riding with dude pause.Hopefully we will there will be more in the future for us to enjoy.

Prior to seeing this book the only Vice I knew were from Miami and from Rockstar Games. Vice was founded by Suroosh Alvi, Shane Smith, and Gavin McInnes who were working for a magazine called the Voice of Montreal. They then bought it out and changed it to Vice in 1994, the rest is history.
Its a dope photo book that I ran across on accident while shopping with a lady friend. Some pictures in here are worth at LEAST 2,000 words but in all it is a fruitful visual experience.
