Despite denying allegations that he was an affiliate of local law enforcement, along with claiming that some captured photos of him were "photoshoped", the Florida Department of Corrections has confirmed the social security number of Rick Ross as being identical to a jail guard back in '97. Thus, Mr. William Leonard Roberts has indeed been I.D[eed]. Even though homeboy was about 19 or 20 in the picture, you can't deny the truth here.
