If you haven't noticed by now, high top sneakers are definitely in, and have been for that matter. Junya Watanabe has yet again collaborated with Vans to create this magnificent piece of footwear for their Fall/Winter '08 collection. Although these wingtip boots are now available, I doubt you'll even have the opportunity to see these bad boys in person (unless of course your one of us), considering that they are a Japan exclusive.
